I'm glad to hear of the work your doing in the STEEM community and now that you're starting with the code. I read through your proposed checklist for future hard forks and believe that a system like you put forth should be implemented if not already.

It's good to hear from the witnesses and what they're doing that specifically help those who use the STEEM blockchain regularly.

Please continue to inform us of your advances, projects and updates. i realize it will take a couple of whales to propel you into the Top 20, but the rest of appreciate knowing what is being done to ensure that the blockchain is not only up and running, but usable by all those who hold accounts and wish to use it.
