Looking good so far, replaying still in progress.
I saw the code changes, so went ahead and completed the replay in advance ;-)
It's hard to keep up with recent changes. I was reading the code and completed replay yesterday, woke up today with new update. Then replay again.
Hoping we can avoid or minimize downtime in the future releases.
We were like doing continuous integration and deployments - with only one catch : all manual. I wonder how many man hours it might have taken over a period of last few days doing just the replays alone. And yes, I also hope that things get better!
