Thank you, I like that vote decay process. For most I think a weekly thing would be to much, but once a month, should be doable. I know there has been much talk about votes still on dead/inactive witness accounts and of dead account votes still registered on witness accounts; your view would solve this issue, maybe not directly but in time it would.
