Hi my dear Steemit friends i hope that you are doining finein this day day well my friends  i am going to take a look to all the witness reports published in the post of @timcliff  The Reports from the Witnesses 2017-08-27

and i will give you a general update or let us say a summary that include the most important point mentioned in every witness entry i will start with 

@gtg - Witness Position #1

1. Set the non-zero sbd_interest_rate, for now at 1%
