Witness campaign: the fifth vote

Witness campaign personal outing continues with the fifth vote.

At this turn my preference goes to @roelandp.

I decided to vote for him because I think he has the number to be a witness.

He has a good witness infrastructure, an enviable block approval percentage and a low number of missing blocks.

Furthermore he is a nice boy and he swear on the book of steem.
