Getting back into my ritual of doing a weekly witness update to keep everyone up to date on the current work I am doing as a witness for our STEEM network. My apologies for slippin' and or slacking the previous months on my witness updates. Hopefully I'm able to give a good sneak peak of what I'm working on a weekly scale not only to create some interest, but as well as insight in to what I am doing to help the STEEM ecosystem grow and flourish for us all.
This Week as STEEM Witness
Steem-Roller.com No Longer a Solo Development Effort
The Steem-Roller.com project has been under development for a number of months now. Truth be told I'd gotten a bit stalled on it trying to fix some code for the back end and this frustrated me to no end. What happened is a friend of mine ended up agreeing to partner up with me to help completely rebuild and redesign the back end of this project. My partner for the project wishes to remain anonymous for the time being, however I can assure you that with his +15 years of coding as well as electronics engineering he is the right man for the job to get Steem-Roller.com online and fully operational. What we have working so far:
- Login
- Register
- Rolling
- INVESTING!!
Note that the newest version of Steem-Roller.com is not live on the server and the old version is still running. One minor change to the launch goal of the site is that instead of featuring both STEEM & SBD it will launch with only the STEEM currency. Steem Backed Dollar rolling WILL be added later in an update after the site has launched. Very excited for this project.
STEEM.GLOBAL Gives Away Over 100 STEEM
Pleased to announce that STEEM.GLOBAL has helped distribute over 100 STEEM to those wanting to collect it daily via the free faucet provided by myself as part of my witness campaign. Huge shout outs and love to @pharesim for helping fund the faucet this week with a generous 133 STEEM donation. I'd had to drop daily payouts to 0.100 STEEM a day but have set it back to 0.143 STEEM as per lord @pharesim's request. Thanks again man.
Streemit.online Showing Signs of Life
Poor Streemit, The most neglected of my projects over the past few months recently had a rebuild after I managed to get the old version lost.. It was a sad day but allowed for a more simple redesign! Following the principle of simplicity the site is coming back and once I replace the somewhat obsolete Flash based streem viewer I'll be fully launching this site. One thing to mention is that Streemit will allow both video and picture hosting for the STEEM network and if I ask Steemit Inc really nicely I might even be able to convince them to allow video embeds directly from Streemit. Anyone will be able to streem basically anything here!

Thanks for the update! Great that you're actively involved in so many projects... folks like you are building Steemit's future success.
STEEM was the first crypto currency I felt I could make a difference in. I'm excited to see STEEM's future.
Thank you @klye. Keep doing what you do. I had an idea you may want to consider for your streemit project. How would I get a hold of you in private? (I don't really know the first thing about coding or how any of that stuff works, and I'm not trying to sound stupid in front of everyone)

I don't know if this is really the right forum, but do you know when steem.global will no longer say it is doing updates and maintenance, and will again allow withdrawals? Also, something is bugged in your "Click this image" footer. The image is not clickable.

Just letting you know that the withdraw process doesn't seem to be working. Has anyone else had success with withdrawing?
Do you have 3.374 STEEM in your account? If not that is the reason!
Try removing some of those withdrawal address items and starting over on the cart page.
Ha! After sending the message I thought that could have been the reason lol
