Extending Ping Timeout to 30 seconds for Node Status Page

Previously, the ping library (source code: https://steemyy.com/js/ping.js) is set to 5 second time out.

Thus, with such small timeouts, the tool will abandon the connection and show Timeout even the node was responsive but with a large latency.

I have now changed it to 30 seconds, so that it will work even the nodes are returning responses after 5 seconds.

One thing to notice that the Load balancer node https://steem.justyy.workers.dev in general have a larger latency as there involves a middle hop to re-route the traffice - but it greatly improves the availability.
