Thank you for providing and insightful post, some "reviewers" of witnesses forget to mention that we have other projects other than just running the server, in my case I have a tutorials project to create new Steem dapps developer and a project to bring and keep new users to steem. So far I haven't missed any block too, but I am still far away from the top100 haha
