Technical Excellence
- No missed blocks
- Moved up to rank 106 (including dead witnesses)
- Full private node is a very real possibility now to support our opt in/out bots, just ironing out t he hardware details
- Front-end with saving feature is in the works now that I have to retype this thing for a second time

Projects
Just the updates here from last week onwards.
Steem Silver Gold Community Support
- New Buried Treasure contest launched to get people moving ad dust off those metal detectors. Contest info thread can be found here.
- Info section for @drakos' Steemian.info written.
- Highlighter is working as per normal with no alterations to its algorithm although tag-based changes are being considered to ensure only on-topic posts are caught.
The Veterans Project
- Ongoing support for various initiatives undertaken by veterans
- After some confusion on how our opt in/out bot works, a post written about @shadow3scalpel. The post can be found here. All our bots are list-centric, meaning they do not disturb or offer unwanted services to the larger Steemit userbase.
- Working on automating the rationing out delegation for vet account creation.
- New Discord project @sargento The Duty Hut highlighted. Read all about it here.
Introduceyourself Tag Spam
- Very pleased to see the number of accounts caught in the drag net over the last few weeks has diminished.
- Comments now come with helpful tips designed to educate the user about proper tag use.
- All scam accounts identified are passed on to the Steemcleaners team.

Gratitude
We thank everyone for their votes. Many of you granted us your vote after either working together with us on a project or having a chat with one of our team members. I'm not going to thank individuals as I'll miss one or two inadvertently but to say the least, if you had a chat with ourselves over the last while we greatly appreciate you taking the time. We appreciate your time on the same level as we appreciate your witness approval.
In respect to fellow witnesses, we actively work with and jointly support (in alphabetical order) @anarcho-andrei (veteran project), @drakos (his awesome steemian.info site), @nnnarvaez (castellano community witness), and @patrice (steemcleaners witness).
How We Vote
We unvoted dead/disabled witnesses. Should a disabled witness come back online to resume operations, we will revote it where possible. We will be reviewing witness updates carefully prior to the New Year and will readjust our voting. A detailed post will come out at the time. Until then, if you feel your witness deserves our vote, tell us why but keep in mind that our mandate is to avoid differentiating between Steemit members based on their wallet evaluation.
