Thank you @jesta for this, a really nice, balanced summary. You mention @cheetah, I'm a really big admirer of what @anyx has done there, the two of them inspired my first sci-fi I wrote.

I think what's important, is more reports like these, as they go some way to chilling people out about nefarious conspiracies. Obviously there will always be people who are convinced the system is "rigged". Unfortunately those people will spend all their energies in proving that, instead of engaging with the community and thriving.
