Hi Tim, I just remembered some lost fund at Poloniex. their freshdesk has eliminated my ticket and want to start another.
Any idea why their steem wallet is not working?
Also I'm getting an error from the tx id at:

is there another avenue to check?

    They frequently have issues. There are a lot of other exchanges that are more stable. It is recommended to use those. (Binance, Bittrex, BlockTrades, etc.)
