I won't run witness sever, but still wonder if there are good (cost effective :) VPS services in Europe region. Thanks!
Yes, I am in Cambridge.
I am using Contabo VPS - it costs around 30 EURS per month for the 60GB server.
BTW: Would you consider my witness campagin? I develop tools and the author of https://steemyy.com/
