Witness Update - Main server upgraded to v0.20.1

Pre-HF20 issues

As we all know by now, the first attempt at transitioning to a HF20 compatible network proved unsuccessfull. Luckily, some bright minds were able to solve the issue and the witnesses got the network back online.

Upgrade to v0.20.1

We're happy to say @blockbrothers are now again fully ready for HF20 and producing blocks on the new version of the Steem software!
Our back-up server is still running version 0.19.12, to be used as a fallback in case more bugs show up before the hard-fork.
