I could not agree more with @derangedvisions comment. When I or many others have a problem he is the first to help and try to get it fixed. Try to message one of the top 20 witnesses and see how long or if they get back to you, some will most will not, @guiltyparties will talk to you and try to solve the problem. @guiltyparties sort of asked this question. Not sure why there’s no mention of older users, just the newbies. @jamesmovic why is there no mention of older users in this interview? So I will ask and hope to get an answer.
