Wolfe fish.
Every winter I use to be in the fjord Skjomen for fishing withy my friend Erik. These winter we got a pretty big Wolffish. Erik preserved the fish head. In a dried state it looks a bit intimidating. The Wolffish ave big teens and strong jaw muscles, as they need to eat shells and crabs. The Wolfe fish is, in my opinion the best seafood you can get in the north.

If you want to see the wolf fish fresh from the sea, take a look at my previous post:

They look like piranhas! I wouldn't want to get my fingers caught in those teeth.
Yes you are right, piranhas from the north. If you put fingers between you definitely loos your fingers. Thanks for comments :)
oh what kind of fish is this.....is this really a fish haven't come across of this
M be the wolffish is mainly found in the cold sea in the north. Thanks for commenting :)
I never caught one myself ... but that's probably good, I believe it can be quite dangerous to handle it.
One can briefly see in the second photo that the fish has two rows of teeth in the lower jaw. It doesn't end there , I beileve the fish even has more rows of teeth, even inside the mouth.
Third photo is a real artwork :-)
horrow photos! )))
These fish look very scary with sharp teeth. Good experience. Thanks for sharing. I haven't seen it before.
