Wine Wednesday ... I mean Friday

I picked up this beauty to cap off a long week. I’m normally a fan of reds, but on a hot day, a chilled white hits the spot best.

I’m also not a wine connoisseur. I choose my bottles based on looks. I love the symbolism of trees. And I love the stories that most wine labels hold — of the inspiration for the flavour, the setting that bore it, or the tale of its maker. This gem offered up an extra treat — lyrics from the Dave Mathews Band song The Dreaming Tree.
