Windows bettery saver

I thought the "battery saver" is an useless option in Windows and it affecting down the performace hard while using the computer.

Since the battery has been running out very fast then I opened the option. It works and it did not falling the performace very much(a bit lagger), it might a good choice for saving bettery.

Under the battery saver: I guess the frequency will be decreased and browser tabs might be reloaded if IDLE.
