Pranayama Power with Wim Hof

Anyone tried the Wim Hof Method? Wim Hof (a.k.a. the Iceman) is an impressive human being. I will be reading more detail about his methods, which seem to be related to the 8 limbs of yoga (see image below). He seems to be specifically drawing on Pranayama (breath control), Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses), and Dharana (intense focus).

I'll be giving his ideas a test in combination with my Yoga classes and upcoming teacher training this summer.
