What I Learnt Today : Mokomokai is one of the most bizarre hobby in the world

There are various hobby – collecting stamps, souvenirs, rare manuscripts & books, statues, paintings and so many curio. But, some people have a bizarre hobby to collect Mokomokai.

What is Mokomokai ? Mokomokai is a collection of tattooed preserved heads of Māori. Māori are the native tribe of New Zealand. The decoration of heads with tattoo arts is called as tā moko tattooing.

Collecting human heads... why not? :)

Although this sounds a bit weird to me....

This gave me the creeps! Could not even look at the photo's and yet some collect them, weird hobby!
