The LARGEST tortoise

  Weighing 919 lb the Galapagos tortoise is the largest tortoise in the world. It is however more commonly known by its other name the Giant Tortoise. They have a large boned shell with colors of brown and grey. Being herbivores these guys eat berries, lichens, cacti, oranges, milkweed, leaves, grass and melon.  These remarkable creatures inhabit the East of Tanzania, the west mainland of Ecuador and in the Indian Ocean in Aldabra. They are on the contrary found in the Galapagos Island. The lifetime of these astounding creatures go up to a hundred to hundred and seventy.
