Armadillos carry leprosy, BTW. They will dig deep burrows and bed up with rattlesnakes. I use a piece of garden hose about 6 feet long, and push it into the burrow then pour about a pint of gasoline into the burrow. Out comes the amadillos and snakes. They will dig up your yard, and poepl and cows can fall into their burrows and break their ankles/legs.
