Great Idea, Seems like your among the few trying to encourage participation, that also might be why your doing so great here on SteemIt. I always love reading your posts.
I do ENCOURAGE, that's for sure.
What people do with that encouragement is up to them....
I think I will use that encouragement to encourage others as I can.
