Interesting conundrum... leaking classified data is a felony. I'm not sure about publishing classified data, or whether or not the legal test is "telling the truth." It will be interesting to watch this process unfold.
Absolutley. I lean towards if it violates human rights it should be exposed & If what's happening is illegal it should be exposed with no repercussions.
But...if it's illegal, why should there be no repercussions? I do not support nullification of the law. If it's wrong, it can be changed, not ignored.
I'm talking about what's being exposed. Not the exposer. Just wanted to clarify in case there is confusion. If anything the exposer should get a slap on the wrist.
The Pentagon Papers/Daniel Ellsberg case suggests slaps on the wrist are about it.
