CIA want to destroy all files related to leaks
CIA wants to clean up their image, & pass it's self off as a credible agancy. The same agancy that brought American black communities the crack epidemic, MK Ultra & the 'Heart Attack Gun' (if you dont know it, research it) & the accomplices to the assassination of last great US President, J.F.K.
Spit-balling here but isn't it illegal to destroy files regardless how old they are, those files below to the people. The government likes to say, "that data belongs to the government". Now if we break that down what does that really mean, those documents or data belong to the People. We are the government. We paid for the Library of congress, so that every document once declassified is available there for our viewing. So the CIA can't delete anything, not to say they don't, but my assumption would be there is a legal issue there.
You are totally correct here. The people often forget how much power they really have & that the state works for us.
