The Tags page was created by @casberp, we think you can suggest to change the content to another renamed page in the page discussion tab or talk direct to him. But the ideal solution would be follow the Wikipedia model, with one wiki engine for each popular language, like wikipedia.org and pt.wikipedia.org - steem.center and pt.steem.center.
