Portable concrete mixer - Specs & Review
This beauty is unavoidable part of any good household.
If you own a house, there is always something that you have to fix or upgrade. You have to take care about the maintenance and there is always something that is broken, or you need to change it. And where would you be if there wasn't your protable concrete mixer??? Now, let's honor it!
It is perfect for small jobs, renovations and repairs.
Anyone can handle it. Only things that you need are components (cement, water and aggregate), a shovel, gloves and a nice wheelbarrow. And source of the electricity, of course! But there are also portable concrete mixers that are powered by a gasoline engine.
The most important part of the portable concrete mixer is a small revolving drum to mix the components.
You must put in the cement and the aggregate with your shovel and add the water to get desired fluidity. When the mixing is done, you have to lower the lever and skew fresh concrete in the wheelbarrow. In Croatia, this job is impossible to do without a beer in your hand.

The power of portable concrete mixer is usually between 700 W and 1000 W.
It weights between 40 kg and 55 kg. Many people don't clean their portable mixers, so it's color can change from original to color of dried concrete very fast.
How to clean your portable concrete mixer on the right way?
You must do it before leftovers of concrete get dried. It will be much more difficult to clean it later. First, you must put in the drum few shovels of dry gravel and turn the mixer on. The gravel cleans the drum inside like peeling for the face. When you skew the gravel out of the drum, put some water in, and leave it to work for few minutes. Then, pour the water out and - voila - job's done!

haha, somehow I don't think my wife would buy the "It looks beautiful in the yard" bit for a second. But she would appreciate me having it if it meant her getting more solid areas to place things, borders for planters, etc.
