Everyone here starts small, but the more steem power you have the more you'll get in the future.

In the start, the best way to go around is find topics you're interested in and comment on those a comment that makes them know you read the whole thing... Many steam users upvote people who comment on them. Especially if you're the first comment they get in the day!!

I also recommend registering on discrod and find some discord chats and speak with steemian people in those chats.
