Seth Rich potentially new info
Matt Couch tells us that Seth Rich had marks on his wrists consistent with the type of marks handcuffs would leave.
His knees were bruised consistent with being dropped to his knees on concrete. He was beaten and shot twice.
Two nearby ATM's video machines were wiped clean so this was a conspiratorial job.
This was an ordered hit.
