He's not in control of anything yet, the deeper state is. The pool of reporters are the abominable joke. Who gives a sh*t about those briefings at this point anyway?
Steps like that shield transparency. If press briefings are now hidden, who knows what else is being kept as secrets in the White House.
Its a shame transparency isn't a law that must be complied with. There is no transparency and never has there been such. There are far more secrets than public release. We've still got the FOIA at least...and even that is not full transparency.
