From my perspective 'the cabal' is more like a set of programs that runs in a wide variety of people - some who have no idea they are involved and the numbers might be over 51% of the total population. Resolving this is a process of personal evolution, healing and balancing to realign us towards loving balance. In that sense we have long way to go.
