Whisper Gallery I: Week V Art by @NatureofBeing! @artistchristian is next!
This is week V of #Whisper! If any of you know of the game Chinese Whispers AKA Telephone, this is a take on that.

@natureofbeing has been such a huge influence on this project. From before it's conception, she was supporting the idea and despite being incredibly busy and dealing with an incredibly time consuming (and arguably unforgiving) medium she agreed to create a piece using her ceramic skills.
This is what she came up with. After having some problems with cracking and literally starting over for this project. This dedication is absolutely beautiful. I just about lost it when I saw this piece. The amount of interpretation, love, and passion disguised behind this one piece of art is so beautiful. What a gift this is to #whisper, and the Steemit community.

"When looking at @voronenka ’s Flickering Light, I see the woman falling asleep while standing and as she moves between the awake and dream worlds, pieces of both worlds come together to create one governed by dream logic and not subject to the rules of awake time. The woman becomes the panther that she sometimes feels herself to be in her mind’s eye and she is sitting outside in the balmy breeze with grasses and flowers around.
This was an incredible exercise that turned out to be rich on many levels, thank you @mrblinddraw for inviting me to participate in your first whisper gallery!" @natureofbeing

If all of the people that see her posts / my posts could give support to @natureofbeing, it would be appreciated. She's one of the people that keeps this thing going by setting the bar sky high. The immense support from all of the artists in this gallery have been stunning. I really would like to find a way to continue this on after may in a Gallery II.
What is Whisper?
A chain of artistic creations that are each initiated by a seed idea/art piece (one piece of artwork inspires the next piece, and so on). Each week we will have a featured artist who will create a piece that is inspired by the piece from the week before. In this case, it's the seed to start it off.

Helping Build an Art Community
We want to collectively build an art community. This is a great way to connect us, support each other through up-votes, comments, and follows. Steemit can be a slow-growing platform for creatives starting out, and the future goal is to roll this into a community event where people can be perpetually submitting to the chain.

This is one of the most enjoyable collaborative/challenge/contest endeavors I've taken part in on Steemit! Again, such a brilliant initiative you've created here and such an honor to work with these other talented artists.
Thank you! @natureofbeing I appreciate you being a part of this and OH MY GOSH brilliant work. I see many collaborations in our future for sure. I just connected it and found so many skilled artists to make the chain happen in their own way. Just an innocent bystander here!
This is such a cool project. I love the creative 'trail' that it hatches forth, like the game that initiated the idea. It is such a great, creativity inspiring project, and it obviously brings out the very high talents of the artists that follow the trail. Or actually lead it, would be more like it. Thanks for putting it on.
