this is why building your SP is so important. right now I am unable to delegate in order to reap larger rewards. 30% of my SP is to much.

Absolutely! I'm glad you get it and understand that a 30% slice on your current SP is probably a bit too much to lose right now.
Basically, this delegation helps no-one but me in the short term, @wherein a little - they grew by about 0.95%, but the people I vote for will not be benefited right now. In future though, my SP will be growing that little bit faster :)
You do have to grow your account also.
Me too and we can only do what our account allows.
