好轉反應
時常聽到這個詞，它講述的是事物由壞轉向好的 反應過程，而這事物我覺得包含了人生所有面向的事情，工作感情健康興趣。
而這個由壞轉好。或是好轉更好，這過程通常會有極大的不舒服，好轉反應不光在肉體層面，就連在心理、意識層面也一樣會有所轉變。所以，過去的許多創傷、失落、悲傷自然會浮出來。
假如有這個現象，把它當作一個好事，不要刻意去壓制或迴避……，記得那麼一句話
接受它 面對它 處理它 放下它
