2020.06.09 午间休息
每天中午时候，办公室灯也熄灭了，我也准备开始进入小休，刚坐在位上，就听到同事的如雷冠耳鼾声响起，真是佩服加羡慕她，能这么快进入深度睡眠，想睡就睡，我们上班连同吃饭，去食堂加起来才一个小时， 所以休息时间很紧， 吃完饭，在办公室大概能休息半小时， 我基本上只能睡15分钟，有时候还要帮一下老板做点小工， 然后看点别的东西，就完了。时间虽然短，可是中午睡觉真的很重要， 如果能睡好，下午上班都特别的有精神，而且特别的舒服。
