对哦，零卡路里糖摄入量确实存在，更可笑的是，在华族内我们已经无意中在爹娘时代使用这种甜味剂啦。

虽然也是属于加工糖，但是暂时性看看身体如何反应在打算吧。
当然，这不是一定的需要，竟然这40天内我打算抛弃每日喝咖啡转变去绿奶茶，我想看看它会减少我对咖啡依赖，也不会影响我的糖分依赖。
看吧，早餐也要转变回吃营养的水果来吸收自然糖量了。已经近一年没减少糖分吃量，会不会倒至糖缺乏综合征呢？
应该不会太过难吧？希望如此！
People around me who started the keto diet have been talking about this kind of sugar for a long time, and the funny part is that we have always used this as a dessert sweetener for certain Chinese desserts for decades, maybe centuries.
Probably now some one has actually found the gold mine by processing it into sugar and Market it as the next big health thing in ketosis diet (for those who has a sweet tooth), but how effective is it?
The dependent on sugar and overly taking it is still not the best thing especially for precaution from diabetes and cancer; and even though it is zero calories not certain how the liver reacts.
Everything has to be moderate, and even if WHO says it is OK, I would take it with a pinch of salt, we all know how the WHO behaves these days.

Kita hanya perlu menceritakan yang bersifat umum. Yang biasa kita lakukan. Segala sesuatu yang bersifat pribadi bisa kita lewatkan.
"Mulai dari hari pagi sampai malam setiap hari, bisa pergi mana.." itu semua juga bersifat peribadi.
Jika special case ada event mungkin itulah yang lebih menarik daripada sehari-hari yang sama.
