星期五。早上放晴。中午以后就阴阴天，然后变雨天。

今天是我这几个月以来第一次到购物广场逛。。。是的。。。也是第一次坐在外边吃东西喝咖啡啊。。。感觉好特别哦。。。

先来聊聊为啥今天会出来。。。是的，如果不是有事一定得在这里办，我肯定不会来。。。毕竟现在这种情况，没事还是呆在家好吧。。。

照片里就是我今天最重要的目的地。是的。要来把两个手机号干掉。是之前就公司的公司号码。是的，用了我的名字来申请的。本来是三月就要处理掉的，但因为封城锁国，结果就拖到今天。

这家电信公司，本人我将不要再光顾了。很不友善的工作人员。整个星期不同的人打电话来，以非常恶劣的态度要我还钱。我真得以为我欠了几千块或几万块。。。因为其中一人还威胁说要把我的名字放入欠钱黑名单。。。我真得很不喜欢这样的威胁。。。我没有说我不还钱，我也没说我不处理。。。为啥要酱紫威胁我。。。

到了店里，也是感觉非常不良好。。。不喜欢这种服务态度。。。我很少会这样公开指责任何一间公司，这应该是头一次。。。因为真的感觉糟透了。。。

我个人不会再和这家电信公司扯上关系。。。别搞我了。。。后会无期。。。再也不见。。。

Friday. Sunny turn cloudy and then rainy.

It's my first time ever since MCO, I am out in a shopping mall... yes... I have not been to a mall for a long time now...

Even though the virus is still out here... but I have some important that need to be settled here... Hence, here I am...

It's totally not a pleasant experience with this communication service provider... the one shown in my photos... ya... I don't wanna say it in words which company... you know which one by looking at the photos...

I had two lines under my name with this service provider... not my personal lines... it's my ex-company lines... used my name to registered the number...

Supposed to have terminated them by March... but because of MCO it was be in delayed... there's less than four hundred Ringgit overdue... I was being chased for the past one week to settle the overdue payment... and I was being threaten as well by the caller... I will be blacklisted if I don't settle the payment...

It is the worst ever services I received from my entire life... I am not a fussy customer I am not a demanding customer... I am polite and yet the caller used harsh voice and harsh words... and the staff at the center also with a bad attitude...

This is the first time ever I publicly express about my "complain" towards any company... and congrats to "you"... I will make sure I stay far away from "you"...

Worst experience I have ever received.

That's it... no more about this negativity... It's a good day after all except for this...
