[3880 Steps] 來到一家書與咖啡的餐廳
這一家是位於香港佐敦（尖沙咀與旺角中間） 的一家書室，這書室與咖啡並存，人流不絕，這裡便是突破中心。
看書的人不少，是近來所到的書店中少見。而更令我感到驚訝，便是咖啡廳這裡人流更加不紹。每一個餐大約是80-100元，這裡位置不多，大約三十個坐位左右。但單單我們坐在這裡吃飯及開始的四個小時，應該已經有超過一百位以上的客戶。
食肆的利潤比書高，我粗略估計，一天食肆的客戶應該在400人左右，每一位客人平均利潤應該是25元；而一本書大約利潤是20-30左右，算作25元。即是餐廳一天的生意，已等於書店賣400本書。
對書店來說，基本上沒可能。但對香港餐廳來說，可能也是艱苦經營。
