港式餐廳的「例牌」，其實是甚麼？ 份量有多少？
下午時間在廣州東車站，我們都選了表哥茶餐廳午飯，看著餐牌想了近十分鐘，最後還是叫了一份「例牌」叉燒加白飯。
「例牌」是餐廳廚房的小菜份量的意思，一般預算足夠二至四人的小菜份量。
若六至八人往酒家或港式餐廳吃飯，若叫小茶加大，一般稱為「雙例」，即兩倍例牌的份量，費用當然加倍。
而酒席上的小菜，是三倍例牌的份量，足夠十二人，人人吃個痛快。
