试着做炸鲜奶
在YouTube上看了制作炸鲜奶的视频，蠢蠢欲动就到超市里买了材料。超市里居然贴了银联的收款标志。其实在埃塞还是用现金比较多，本地人就喜欢用卡取现金出来再去超市买东西而不是刷卡！埃塞俄比亚的银行用的比较多的事VISA或者mastercard，银联只有dashen bank这家银行。
买了牛奶按照视频教程煮好了奶糊，冷藏取出切段。买不到面包糠，就烤干了两片面包来捣烂当做面包糠。炸好味道不错就是卖相太丑了，果然还是得用面包糠，就不上图了。
不过这奶糊刚出锅的时候可好吃了，简直就跟大白兔一样。
