Day 1010: 5 Minute Freewrite: Monday - Prompt: a round table

A round table... The famous round table I know is King Arthur's Round Table and his knights... The knight that I know the name is Sir Lancelot... 😅😅😅

A round table is about discussion... Every participant is given equal right to voice out their thoughts and opinion... No right no wrong... Agree to disagree...

In most companies here in Asia countries, I guess hierarchy is still pretty much in place where bosses have the final say... Round table discussion may not be really in practice... Therefore many will still choose to keep quiet and lay low...

Well, this is just what I thought... It may not be the truth... Maybe you could share some of your thoughts and experience about round table...
