我的roti canai 2。。。
第一批没有很成功。。。我不应该厚厚的就放入冰箱。。。以为有油不会粘在一起。。。结果还是粘在一起了。。。而且油也因为放在冰箱里凝结了。。。😅😅😅
应该杆扁，一片一片收。。。
所以吸取今天的经验后，我又做了第二批roti canai。。。
一口气做了三十片。。。因为今天只有十一片，女儿们说不够吃。。。😅😅😅
做了一个下午啊！！！
希望明天的更好吃！！！
