Condition or motivation? #thediarygame 200609

What it takes for someone to be determine and start working out? What it takes for someone to stop smoking? What it takes for someone who finally decided to eat and live healthily? There's only two answers to these. Either a medical condition that finally make us stop hurting ourselves, or if there's something motivate us to stay healthily.

I've been living my whole life as an obese kid, man, husband, father. And finally back in 2013 one crazy incident almost got me a stroke. I could have gone paralyzed in that incident and be negatively affecting the rest of my life. Lucky me, I survived. I have always been talking to myself, I wanted a healthy lifestyle, but in the end I'm still fat.

Now I know, the motivation is not there. I can still be healthy and fat, if I choose to eat healthier stuff. However, if wanted to look slim so I can tear of my shirts by the beach, well that's another level of self esteem and conscious mind challenge.

Short interval run seems like the way to go. I was literally sweating a small pond whilst sitting there panting.
