甜菜根鮮菇湯 Beetroot Straw Mushroom Soup

中午突然下起大雨，雨後天氣冷冷，在家裡煲一鍋甜菜根鮮菇湯。。

今天加了一些紅蘿蔔和花生，用香菇粉，五香粉，胡椒粉來調味。。材料簡單，但味道還真的不錯喔😋😋

It rained suddenly at noon, and the weather was cold after the rain.
I made a pot of beetroot and mushroom soup at home. . Added some carrots and peanuts today, seasoned with a little of mushroom powder, five spice powder, and pepper. . The ingredients are simple, but the taste is really good 😋😋
