The Daily Game 11 June 2020 Vegan Pasta Cooking Recipe（素菜意大利面）

How are you getting on?
Tomorrow is Friday. I think most of you are excited the weekend is coming.
Although the city is unlock, 75% people back to work, but there are still some safety measure and restriction to be followed by all of us. I hope you always stay safe and away from virus. No more 2nd wave and 3rd wave of pandemic will be happened.
Just now I went to supermarket to buy some fresh vegetables and mushroom for prepare the pasta dinner. I like to cook vegan meals sometimes as healthy and easy to prepare.

My ingredients are very simple, spaghetti, broccoli, small corns, king oyster mushroom, red chili, pepper and salt.
After the water was boiled, 1st I put in broccoli and small corn to cook about 5 minutes. Then scoop up all these and put in spaghetti to cook about 8 minutes.
After this, I added in king oyster mushroom and carbonara mushroom sauce, with some salt and pepper to enhance the taste.
Vegan spaghetti was ready to serve after this.
This is my good introduction today. A simple, easy, healthy and delicious vegan pasta recipe, hope you like it.
