Weekend dinner

Gonna grab a different dish tonight with the family. Claypot Chicken Rice !!

This dish would only r aste this good if you cook it in a claypot and under charcoal fire which seems to be the most authentic way of cooking it.

You can get 2 types of Claypot.. One with chicken wine and the other with rice and all sorts of stuff in it.

Taste great and makes a perfect dinner for the family.
