Fried Fish for Friday Lunch
I decided to fry some bangus or milkfish, Philippines' national fish. I love cooking fried fish because I love making a sauce for it. The mix of soy sauce and lemon and chilis gets me excited to eat. I'm all alone in the house today, I could finish this whole fish by myself and surely I will need more than a cup of rice to pair this with. It's gonna be a simple but satiating lunch for me! Itadakimasu!
