The Diary Game 15 Jun 2020: Monday grocery

After several attempts to get in the hypermarket nearby, I have been to the mall 3 times, and now it's the third time.

But as today a working day, so what i did was coincide with my bus transfer and try luck. Luckily today not many shoppers around , i guess most of them having monday blue so they back home straight and tired to go shopping.

As I did my grocery shopping, I found a funny scenario and hope to share with friends here, see if you encountered the same incident in your country.

I saw this detergent on the promotional shelf near the entrance. Just when I glanced through it for details like how many volumn is the refill detergent to decide whether it worths. Then I saw the same brand with same volumn (both 2.7kg) but in the plastic bottle packaging.

Thus I wonder, why a refill pack of detergent could be even slight more expensive than a plastic bottle ? Isn't it the refill packaging's raw material is less than the plastic bottle and should lower price ?

I was amazed on the difference- the marketing personnel of this brand is really brilliant and fantastic in a way. Unless one is very eco-concern then will stick to the refill pack, most people will just choose plastic bottle, arent they?

At last , I did not choose any of them, 2.7kg is a bit heavy as I have other stuffs more pressing need to buy from.
