Robbing Peter

Too juicy not post. Peter crucified upside down was common knowledge, if you went to church. But apparently in his own words, preaching martyrdom, he said mankind entered this world upside down since Adam; and that was how he was going out. Jesus called him Cephas, or Petra, depending on whether you spoke Aramaic or Greek. Jesus told him, when you are old they will take you where you do not want to go. This happened. Thus the martyrdom.

But again western hemisphere thinking maligned, americans were more fixated on the infants bottom smacked and crying, not so much being held upside down; or some strange, middle eastern birth position for delivery. Upside down is upside down. Peter was spot on; our modern conversations no longer hold good gossip, as we fill our senses with reality tv.
