Ferrero cornered hazelnuts

If you saw one on the ground, you wouldn't pick it up or eat it. Like filberts, metallic side taste off putting, tying up your mouth like cotton or alum. But branding is everything. Mix with chocolate, spread it on your breakfast; or sell it one time a year on Christmas ads. Live mas. Pecans I understand. Peanuts. I live in Georgia, land of Jimmy Carter. And almonds yes, Snickers™.

But Ferrero reinvented hazelnuts, making them their own. And millions billions USD later, they made them your own too. I'm not mad. Never seen peanuts by the side of the road. Lived in Georgia 25 years. Bibb county has pecan falling on the sidewalk like invasive species.
