RE: Justin Sun, Just, Justswap, Tron DeFi Ecosystem development and when Steem?

in #whensteem4 years ago

It makes sense to me. Lets play devil's advocate here for a moment. If not this what are the other possibilities with the development we are seeing on the setemitwallet github? This is probably the best case scenario, what is the worst case scenario (besides just ignoring steem completely of course)? This should give us an idea of the range we are working with.

Also has there been any word from anyone at @steemitblog or steemitinc that any of this is what is going on?

Great post btw!

Hello @johndoe
Thank you for the compliment about the post.
I agree that the atomic swap scenario is a best case scenario.
I suppose another use case would be for us to transfer Steem to Justswap, then swap Steem for Tron and then transfer the Tron back to our wallet before transferring it to Just for loans/CDP.
The other use case would be same scenario, but instead of DeFi application, we send Tron to other Tron blockchain Entertainment and gambling applications.

It’s less convent then in- wallet swaps, and involves the usual risks of transferring crypto.

I like the first use case a lot. I think that would be the best scenario and absolutely a possibility.

They have the entire infrastructure to build this so, why wouldn't they? There are hundreds of possible outcomes to be fair. But that also means hundreds of opportunities.

I am not thinking about failure or doing nothing. I see they have their devs working on the defi structure of TRON, must be super busy over there.

@steemingcurators

I agree that they are building a very impressive decentralized finance infrastructure and they must be very busy.
